Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is listed on each hairstyle. Deposits are sent via Interac e-Transfer to curlsncombsca@gmail.com. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received and verified.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance. Refunds for product purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.
Product Returns
We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition. Contact us at curlsncombsca@gmail.com to initiate a return.
